TheLocalProject training courses are designed to teach team members everything they need to know to build their network. We’ll be utilizing webinars, conference calls, video presentations, and websites to effectively communicate with the field.
Initial Training – Initial training consists of self-paced video lessons. Each lesson addresses a specific step of the rollout. New team members can assimilate the information as quickly as they choose, which typically takes one to two weeks. Immediately upon meeting the predefined criteria the new LAN can open.
Ongoing Support – Weekly web-meetings allow trainees to have direct access to trainers to ask your questions about the lessons. Wherever we see commonality among post-lesson questions, we distribute updates to the lessons to improve clarification on the topic.
Presentation Materials – You will receive access to collateral material which includes a multimedia presentation video to share with businesses to aide in explaining the benefits of TheLocalProject program. Collateral kits also includes digital graphics for business cards, flyers and other promotional material.
TLP Communication Network – after the initial training is complete, continued training and communication will be managed through the TLP Communication Network. The TLP Network consists of live weekly team meeting to share questions, communication and news between the home office and the field force. Participating members will have access to the Network and most sessions will be recorded for on-demand listening.
Training Orientation Webinar – This session provides a training course overview to answer initial questions and make certain everyone understands how to navigate the lessons and material.
